I really need a new phone. I do use two degrees - love them, however as my dog chewed the antennae (and bit the screen) on my (very old) Treo 650 I can't get a signal out where I live.  Don't have the cash to splash out on a new phone, so would love to win this one.

Hi Mauricio

I believe I've earned a device with Android on it.

I currently use an O2 Atom Life which is a great windows phone with stereo speakers, a 624M CPU but limited RAM. I'd love to have Android run on it.  In fact I have run an early Russian/English version of Android on it. I even figured out how to change it from Russian to English via the Russian menus, however the android drivers do not include support for most of this phones hardware, and I'd like to be able to SMS my daughter with it!  The Russians who have been porting this across on http://pda2u.ru/topic549s700.html (use Google translate) are getting distracted, presumably by the newer more compatible android devices, such as the one you are giving away.

Realizing the reality that I was not going to get a recent Android version running on the atom life phone I then bought a Google Phone for myself.  Alas, my daughter fell in love with it, and did so well at school that I was setup and subsequently had to keep to my word and surrender that android device also.

Please kindly consider me as having put in enough yards to deserve another shot at owning a real android device.

Hi all,

Well my wife has a dual sim Badal touch screen pain in the butt phone.
Was a cheap replacement when her old sammy broke.

This would be an excellent replacement.

Cheers P.

I'm using an old N95 classic.

Great phone, but could do with an upgrade!  Also gives me an excuse to move to 2degrees.

This is my phone. It is a black NOKIA 6234 with 2 Megapixel and 1G memory. I don't have plan to upgrade it in 2011 unless I get this Android for free. To be honest, I haven't got any 3G experience such as surfing on Iphone or Blackberry

Well my wife still has the rubbish of a phone they call the Siphone, since last most the battery only lasts 1 and 1/2 hours and with me out of the country for long spells, communication with her can be difficult. I would like to be able to give this to her for Xmas so at least I will be able to talk to her and the kids on Christmas day

Other than the dude with the phone in the toilet - you geeks have nearly all got better phones than me!

I have a Samsung ZV60 - good phone but it's all scratched and has the teeniest little stinks-in-the-sunlight screen - and it's summer and I don't want to txt inside!

Grovel drool slurp beg!

Note how my Mini Ninja wallpaper looks too small :(

Ohhh! I'm in the market for an android phone, was looking at saving up (for a long time) for an HTC Desire. Would love to get this one (due to it being FREE!). How do they compare?

Currently I have an i-mate JASJAM (a.k.a. HTC Tytn) running WM5. It was regularly coming up with a WSOD bt after takng it apart and re-seating the cable for the front buttons, I haven't had any more errors (yet). Still, it's only been a few days but it's been nice to have a decent phone again!
