The exquisite pain of sore muscles related to exercise you haven't done in a long long time.

On the flip side the not so enjoyable pain of tweaking a muscle at the same time!

I recently got back into cycling. Man, was I saddle sore for a while! Ouch.

Finding the solution to an intractable irritating technical problem. It is like finally being able to scratch an itch. Man, that feels good!

My kitten. I use a 42 inch TV as monitor and noticed he was chasing cards during a Hearts game. So I put on a YouTube mouse video for him. Absolutely hilarious but I stopped because I didn't want him to get too frustrated. He doesn't understand why he can't grab it.

Mrs Handle had PRK (a form of laser eye surgery) on Monday. Today she got through the day without pain killers and her vision is getting clearer. The bandage contacts come out tomorrow so she ( as am I by extension) is very happy.

The first couple of days were pretty unpleasant so it's great to see her coming right and not needing glasses after wearing them for 30 years.
