it seems the 16th of August parcels from Singapore have arrived in NZ , mine is at the local depot.
Common sense is not as common as you think.
In a word terrible. Something ordered on 14 June has still not been delivered.
I was expected delays due to Covid but this is just unreal.
Pressed the dispute button today and they give me a friendly message to please be patient because my item has arrived in NZ which I highly doubt.
My parcel finally arrived. Yay!
less than 2 weeks after ordering from Aliexpress , my package is now in NZ
Much faster than I expected . I guess things are back to normal with new orders .
I got my parcel this morning. Ali Tracking still shows as 'Departed Country of Origin' on 14th August.
Mine have all rapidly started turning up. My singapore one was last week, just had 2 more today, and the others have started moving too.
The AliExpress Standard Shipping link on the order information page now takes you to a new page. Unlike the old one, you can't view the original tracking information, but it provides a link to both cainiao and the carrier (Singapore Post or UBI), as well as a convenient link to copy the tracking number. It also displays the shipping address (obscured) and estimated delivery dates all on one page.
Hopefully my packages will randomly turn up this week. I've got parts ordered I need to powder coat and would like to install at the beginning of October.

Ditto, I have this issue as well. Says you can raise a Dispute for non delivery after x time, but when x time passes the Dispute Form page does what you say - soon as you click 'I did not receive the item' it comes up with a message saying 'according to AE records your item is in transit if goods do not arrive before x date you can then open a dispute'. Trouble is x date has already passed.
So up shot is you cant complete a Dispute Form. Have messaged the supplier to see what they will do.

There seems to be some issues with how these dates are determined. I've had e-mails telling me the confirmation period has ended but I haven't been able to raise a dispute as the timeout hasn't been reached. Two days after the date listed on the page seems to work reliably, most likely due to timezone differences and allowing delivery until the end of day.
Two months after my order failed to arrive within their generous time allowance, and my refund was processed, and three days after I ordered the same item (from a different seller), the order turned up.
Just a $6 watch strap, so I wasn't worried about it, but that's a hell of a delay.
I have been tracking a parcel I ordered on 20 August 2020. I looked at this thread beforehand, and it has been very useful.
FYI, I opted for Aliexpress standard shipping.
Parcel was tracked as arriving in Singapore within a few days, and then sat at international departure S'pore as of 30 Aug.
Finally arrived in Airline processing, AKL, on Tuesday 15 Sept.
Moved to International arrival on Thursday 17 Sept and thence to AKL regional depot, when NZ Post finally acknowledged its arrival into its systems.
Got to Welly this morn - passed on to a courier, who then delivered it to the wrong address. Fortunately the home owner could read the address better than the courier, and they dropped it off shortly afterwards.
Only a week outside the predicted delivery time, so very pleased.
larknz: Clicking on Track Order now takes you to a generic page with no information.
I use 17Track for anything from China, it's pretty good with that, and TrackCheck from Russia as a backup, sometimes one gets a track overseas and the other doesn't. Once it's in NZ, both seem to get it. My most recent shipment, an electronic soft-starter that's not the usual thermistor-based hack, arrived in about a month from Ali which is back to pre-Covid performance.
