Guests who carry food from the food prep area next to the sink which is very easy to clean up, to the furthest point from said area which is a real pain to clean up, and slop it around over there before taking it back to the food prep area. It happened again yesterday with someone who carefully carried a large dish containing gravy to the opposite end of the kitchen, slopped some onto the bench there, then carried it back again to where it started out.

What are these people thinking? They're actually putting in extra work in order to also create extra work for someone else.

Not here with today’s PC - he will call me a Nazi when I‘m paying back!

And here I was thinking you would go full on Rammstein, Du Hast or similar ...

Stormy weather job, enlivening an old Samsung Galaxy android tablet. Google App Store is unavailable at this time. I’m suddenly locked out of everything google including YouTube after all apps were working fine this morning. Tried doing updates, same story. Wasted hours trying various tactics with no result. Only bonus was finding a lot of forgotten holiday photos on it.

Well, there's a retirement home in between and I'm not sure that's going to increase the mortality rate on top of the current temperatures here. ;-)

I know it doesn‘t help in this moment, but later re-think your dependencies from Google!

Agree but it’s full of Google and Samsung bloatware that you can’t uninstall and requires you to join before using the tablet. Intend to remove all the photos and factory reset...one day.

You'd think that a company the size of Microsoft could grammar-check its email templates.

You have been invited to a Azure DevOps Project!

Could you play Schlager at them? The retirees will be well adapted to them while the targets will have to chew their own ears off.

It's the power boards. Any power board that isn't still made of bakelite was created in an era of near-universal wall warts, they should have adapted by now.

(And there are indeed power boards with widely-spaced sockets to accommodate wall warts).

Particularly ones like the raspberry pi ones that not only have the logo upside down but seem to add extra protrusions to the side making them too wide. All the ones with my external HDDs etc are all narrow enough to fit fine.
