Southampton FC topping the Premier League for approx 36hrs over the weekend.

For the first time in Saints' history (although 32 years ago, they topped the old First Division for a period).

What a difference a year makes.

I've been using this for a while now and have the snark turned up to max.

It's a little risque from time to time (especially on my Apple Watch) but I love it.

The weird AR features are quite interesting too.

Performance of the NZ sharemarket post-COVID - and energy gen-tailer shares in particular.

NZX50 for three years since Nov 2017: High point pre-COVID was 12,107 in Feb - down to 9,200 by mid-March, 12,700 last week. Up nearly 40% in eight months.

This has been beaten only by US (+55%) and Japan (+53%) - other indices worldwide are still well below their Feb highs.

I drove past Porirua KFC today and I see they're almost finished re-building the place.

That wasn't enough to make me smile, although I enjoy their fatty goodness from time to time.

What made me smile was that just outside the front door are shiny new bike racks.

Like the people who 'dine' there are going to arrive by bike. Yeah, right.
