The power supply for my Dell laptop appears to be on its way out so started browsing TM for a replacement.  Here's a screensnip of one that I came across:

 

Can't see the title or qualifying statement (*), but an aftermarket power supply isn't counterfeit unless it claims to be the original.

The strike out is probably due to the use of markdown, asciidoc or similar. Attention to detail is lacking, which I would take as a reason not to buy from that particular seller, unless they were the cheapest :)
