Wife got a good photo of one of our pets.
I forgot the bedroom door open and he wandered through whole house before was caught in livingroom.

The grey one is a boy and the black one is a girl. They're both from the same litter (of six kittens). Five girls, one boy.

They are gorgeous. I really like the two you picked out, though the girl looks a bit of a scaredy cat. Do you have names yet or do you want to see how their characters develop first? Don't wait too long. I got caught out and my cats ended up with names like Eeny, Meeny, Miney and Moe.

(Mrs Darth here) - The pic of our little girl does portray her as a little shy, but I was told that she was the first to eat solid kitten food and she was the one who was always on the move when we went to see them at 4 weeks old.  The grey boy was the cuddly one.  This Friday will be a wonderful day for us both :)

Not my pet, but I was impressed with the young lady on the bull back up the thread, and thought of this taken at the Marlborough A&P Show a few years ago:

These are our two boys.  We've lost another two on the fast road that passes our house, but these are thankfully too timid to cross it.

Billy

and Ruben

Arlo for the grey boy (after Arlo Guthrie the folk singer) and probably Shadow for the black girl.

Two nice-looking cats there TLD. Billy looks like a large cat.

I know what you mean about busy roads. When we were looking for a house five years ago, one of our criteria was a quiet street so that Blackie would be safer from the traffic.
