When you see something on a website locally that has no prices unless you login, so you press apply for account, fill it in and then it just says that they will be in touch. No, I don't want you to be in touch. I want to login and see prices.

 

Annnnddddd, that is when I go elsewhere , which is regularly overseas sites because even with shipping it is still cheaper (and regularly better quality).

I believe it is called "friction" and the more frictionless you make a service available to people the more likely they are to use it, too many NZ companies are bad at this.
