I quite enjoyed Westside and Outrageous Fortune generally, but I always felt they were ruined by the juvenile sex scenes and foul language. It always just seemed a bit irrelevant and unnecessary.  

 

 

 

 

Just started re-watching Outrageous Fortune after finishing Westside. Love both shows and it is really interesting going back to OF after the final season of Westside.

 

As for the language, it is relatively tame compared with real life in West Auckland, and never had an issue with the sex scenes.

Would love to have watched The Mandalorian and Star Trek Discovery. Daugther watched Grey's Anatomy latest episode for the first time last week and now we are kind of stuck watching Grey's Anatomy with her from Season 1... The first season came out one year before she was born!

S03E07 of Star Trek Discovery was a hot steaming pile of garbage. Absolute worst episode the show has ever had.

I don’t often say “that is so f***ing dumb” literally out load multiple times while watching something, but that’s what happened

I am still engaged in both For All Mankind and Warrior Nun (Apple TV+ and Netflix respectively). 

 

 

 

Not too bad, not too good. Just enough to keep me going back for more.

Agree absolutely. That promotion, what an absolute load of crock. Even in the Horatio Hornblower books he never got promoted that quickly and from that low of rank. The script writers and everybody probably had a very interesting script meeting concerning it.

 

Very disappointed!





Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

First season follows the movie concept, haven't read books guess second season follows books. NZ viewing through Neon or SoHo.

I really enjoyed the first season. I’m recording the second but will wait until I have the full series stacked up so I can binge it again!
