I quite enjoyed Westside and Outrageous Fortune generally, but I always felt they were ruined by the juvenile sex scenes and foul language. It always just seemed a bit irrelevant and unnecessary.

Just started re-watching Outrageous Fortune after finishing Westside. Love both shows and it is really interesting going back to OF after the final season of Westside.

As for the language, it is relatively tame compared with real life in West Auckland, and never had an issue with the sex scenes.

Good news, bad news.

Good news: Animaniacs season 1 released on Hulu

Bad news: Hulu doesn't stream in New Zealand.

Please don't reply how to watch Hulu in New Zealand here.

Would love to have watched The Mandalorian and Star Trek Discovery. Daugther watched Grey's Anatomy latest episode for the first time last week and now we are kind of stuck watching Grey's Anatomy with her from Season 1... The first season came out one year before she was born!

S03E07 of Star Trek Discovery was a hot steaming pile of garbage. Absolute worst episode the show has ever had.

I don’t often say “that is so f***ing dumb” literally out load multiple times while watching something, but that’s what happened

Selling Hitler. Interesting but very odd hearing all these so-called Germans speaking with distinctly British accents :D

Lol. I came to the topic to say this episode is excellent and best for a long time. Has some classic ingredients. I enjoyed it to the max!

"Can you hear me" S2 Netflix. Comedy/Tragic. More consistent than the first series. 7/10.

Meh, I thought it was just an average episode. 🤷‍♂️

I am still engaged in both For All Mankind and Warrior Nun (Apple TV+ and Netflix respectively).

Not too bad, not too good. Just enough to keep me going back for more.

Agree absolutely. That promotion, what an absolute load of crock. Even in the Horatio Hornblower books he never got promoted that quickly and from that low of rank. The script writers and everybody probably had a very interesting script meeting concerning it.

Very disappointed!

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

I'm really enjoying His Dark Materials. It's a series run off of the movie The Golden Compass.

First season follows the movie concept, haven't read books guess second season follows books. NZ viewing through Neon or SoHo.

My rating 8/10.

I really enjoyed the first season. I’m recording the second but will wait until I have the full series stacked up so I can binge it again!
