There are two sides to every story.

I'd say ban them outright, but, apparently it is very difficult to do so using current laws.
People driving around with lapsed Regos
Spotted a trailer this arvo on the road with a 2013 rego

Despicable and inexcusable. Those people are simply gangsters. I suppose if you look you can always find stories like that. I can't speak for other places, I just know that our local window-washer has been here for a long time, is never aggressive or unpleasant, and provides a service I am glad to have.

Sometimes I wonder why I even bother...

- 9 were unaddressed advertising, despite the "no circulars" sign

You should find out who the distribution company is (e.g. PDP) and complain. When my kids had paper/pamphlet runs they were under strict instruction to adhere to "No Circulars" signs.
Worth noting that "No Circulars" and "No Junk Mail" will still receive the local free community 'newspaper'. A box with a sign that says "Addressed Mail Only" should not.
Sometimes I use big words I don't always fully understand in an effort to make myself sound more photosynthesis.
Supermarkets that don't load their plastic bag dispensers properly ( in the fruit and veg section). It's usually unrolled from the back so the tear-off seam can catch in the "bump" at the front of the dispenser.
Mostly, the staff seem to install the bags so they unroll from top to front, and miss the bump altogether, and I have to thumb the tear-off to get the 1 or 5 bags I use.
Drivers who stop over clearly marked "No Stopping" markings (at commercial driveway exits and intersections)

Drivers that stop in intersections regardless of whether they're marked as NO STOPPING or not. I actually think the act of marking some as NO STOPPING has meant many drivers think it's perfectly acceptable to block the others!

Censorship annoys me but I can live with it if it is applied with a degree of common sense. The other day, however, I ran into something on a technical web site so over the top that I am still shaking my head over it. I used the American term 'screwed up' as in to make a mess of. Some seriously anal moron actually x'ed that out. Any flower that easily offended must have serious sexual issues of their own ('screw up' has nothing to do with sex, by the way, but even if it did, so what?). Anyway, this sterling example of extreme squeamishness is a very small thing that really, really annoyed me.

The way that whenever you are waiting for an important call, it always has a way of coming during the only half hour of the day you're in a meeting and can't answer.

English is a silly old language, words don't mean the same universally.
Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

I had something similar; I was given a warning that some content from the 1930s contained "offensive language" because it contained the word "cock" (as in the animal).
