A bit hard for me, I'm afraid, but here's what I have so far:
????? = operator ??? = route ?? = wide range
I'm happy to try to tackle the other ones (I'm still learning and it's good practice!) but I have to go to work now but if it's not too busy then I'll take another look :)
Edit: Sigh... I know I've seen Japanese characters work on GZ before...
CARWINGS, - I am guessing this is how you activate the Navigation system, Carwings is a monthly subscription service in Japan,
next to the "i" is the word JouHou or "Information or report" I am guessing it is used to get traffic updates and the like- will probably not work much here
Then next to TV-AUX we have Settei or options or settings,
in the top right hand corner of the unit is or joutaihyoji which roughly translates to current status,
The one by the checkered flag is ??? or destination
the one by the A is or genzaichi "you are here"
While the one with arrow going to the flag is "ru-to" or route, , the subtext is onsei annai "voice information"
The headset is "oparata" or operator (carwings has an operator assist function, - not gonna work in NZ) under that is koiki or "wide area" I guess it is zoom out
The one below that is shiosai or "detail", I guess this is zoom in
