Many of us discussed the issue here back when they changed the website(well before the app launch), why even launch the app when you have the same limitations as the website lol
Somebody at at NZ Post must've had a brainwave because all of the logging-in rigmarole has been fixed. What a shame that the parcel tracking updates are broken now 🤷♂️

At least with the Lotto app it can now allow a fingerprint login, so it's reasonably simple.
Stu: I've never had login issues with the MyLotto Android app. Must be an iOS problem.

Had a parcel delivered today. Got push notifications of status change and delivery.
This is the most pointless app. Obviously still being baked in the oven - shouldn't have released it so early. And 10 months later it doesn't do anything additional to the website. I still get notifications via email, and the website is more reliable than the app.
I am not being critical I am just being frank here. What is the point? I am sure there will be at some point (mind the pun).
