Watching series 1 and 2 of Afterlife in preparation.

It is simply the best television I think I've ever watched in my 50 years.

Just finished Mr Mayor. Good comedy - can't wait for the next season

Who is broadcasting this show please ? as it is not showing up on my JustWatch selectors.

Started The Silent Sea. Scifi moon space mystery. Excellent sets and atmosphere. Good characters. One or two silly very irritating large plot holes but still enjoyable after that.

I'm in Australia, so it's available on the Channel 9 streaming app (9Now). Can't help for NZ sorry

This is why we ask posters to inform us on what service they are using to view these shows - I mean it does help.

Of course it is still not very informative or helpful to the majority of readers of this topic who are unable to access overseas content for what ever reason. We are in different countries after all.

Perhaps when this show does reach our shores via one of our legal streaming or FTA services and people start commenting then you could add your 2 cents worth.

@FineWine leave the moderating to the moderators. There are no rules that stipulate people can only post shows that are available in NZ.

I watched this right through, overall worth watching. BUT... it answered the big mysteries enough that I don't see any value in a season 2, while also leaving an irritating amount of smaller questions unanswered.

Apologies. That was not meant as a 'moderation' but just my view on that post.

Just watched season 1 of Arcane on Netflix.

The animation on this is insanely good and hoping a second season gets made

A Discovery Of Witches season 3 was a complete flop, 7 episodes of nothing with a political ending 🙄

I’ve been rewatching The Wire this week. I just watched the f*ck scene. It’s still one of the best 5 minutes of TV ever.

Those of you with dirty minds, while it has nudity, it’s not what you think.

This is one of the best taglines I've ever read. I'm going to have to find and watch it now. Their marketing team should hire you.

I would rate The Wire as my favourite series. My wife and I were recently talking about re-watching it - @Handle9: how well has it stood up to the test of time?

That scene is luckily available on YT!

The Wire is one of the greatest shows of all time. The phone/pager stuff has dated a bit but is still really cool. The urban decay and politics is even more relevant today IMO.

Just to be clear, this is a reference to After Life by Ricky Gervais - there's many other series called Afterlife, e.g.

This is it:

Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.
