That I went to PB Tech Petone to collect this USB adapter and they are enforcing limits on number of people inside, ordering people to queue outside, scan the QR code and use hand sanitiser before getting into the shop.

The face of my neighbours after I hacked their wifi (with permission) and presented them with the credentials of some of their accounts without 2FA.

PB Tech have always been very careful about this, far more so than any other business I've visited. Seems to be corporate policy to protect their employees, although a somewhat more cynical friend of mine said it could be just a way to pay less people to be in-store.

They have moved many of them to be processing online orders and it seems that they are shipping things from the stores too at the moment based on tracking of a friends order.
YY Nation shoes. So comfortable.
Me and my boys had a chuckle as we drove past a paddock nearby and a guy was attaching chains from his gardening tractor (one of those dinky ones with maybe 30hp) and a 40ft container, looked like he was planning on dragging it to a new location, we thought it was a bit optimistic of him!
Then later in the evening I saw an request on Facebook from a local asking if anyone could help move a container across his section :-)
I don't believe I'd seen a weka until 2-3 years ago, and now they're everywhere. There's currently one wandering around the neighbour's carport.
Not necessarily a smile (though my shower at the end of the day really made me smile) but how grateful I am we get to have fresh running water to take for granted.
Watercare did maintenance on our area and cut the water off. We didn't know it was happening in advance and woke to a house of no showers which is a big part of my waking up routine. No shower, no shave, made me really appreciate what we have.

From that article:
"But we bet most shoppers won't be all that thrilled with the idea of buying a hunk of, admittedly, well-machined metal for the same price as an entire Razer Raptor 27 monitor (no slouch of a panel itself) during one of its many clearance sales."
Never mind that the Razer is half the resolution, of course!
Edit: Misread! I thought it was comparing the display itself, not just the stand. I haven't had my caffeine yet...
Edit 2: Wait, yes I have. But clearly I need more!
Well, true, but then the Razer Raptor 27 does have infinitely better resolution than a well machined bit if metal...

Did Eric Clapton really think she looked wonderful...or was it after the 15th outfit she tried on and he just wanted to get to the party and get a drink?
