Logan, as others have mentioned, very dark, very violent, 8/10. Seeing it once was enough however, it's not on my buy on Blu-Ray list.
Watched Logan at Xtreme Screen yesterday. Absolutely loved it. 9/10
Logan - 8/10
A lot of people have already talked about how good this is, so I won't waste time rehashing that. It is good. Very good. Two observations I would share though:
1. The entry fee was worth it just to hear Patrick Stewart swearing like a docker.
2. It's a depressing, grim movie which is totally worth watching, but now I never need to watch it again. I felt the same way after watching The Road, which admittedly is far more grim and depressing, but nonetheless I can't see myself feeling the urge to re-watch it on Blu Ray.
Bonus observation - the cool/realistic depiction of self-driving cars in the "near" future. A far cry from shiny "futuristic" vehicles...
Allied... Interesting but predictable story, a bit of stiff acting but a nice war drama. Part of the action happens in Casablanca, so there's always that "Where's Rick's cafe?" tension that never happens though. 7/10.

KillerHulk:
Just watched resident Evil final chapter
liked all parts until now.
it wasn't great but not eye searing awful like the last underworld or ass creed rubbish
Rogue One - Not bad, but not great. Characters all pretty bland and uninteresting. Good action. I found myself wondering a few time how much longer it would be until it finished. 6.5/10
8/10
Nice movie, very good acting and story.
Bokeh
2/10
I waited until end of the movie for something to happen but nothing happened. Total waste of time.
Logan
I'm not a fan of superhero movies. This is the first Wolverine movie I have watched.
I went on the basis of the writer/director - James Mangold, and the very positive reviews this film has received.
What did I think?
Worthy of the hype. Works well as a standalone film for those, like me, that haven't seen what went before.
More like a modern day western than a superhero film. Highly recommended.

I probably would agree with most of this would give it a 7 the ending was for me fantastic. I don't know if I liked knowing how it was going to play out before too long into the movie or not but overall I thought it was a good addition to the Star Wars universe....did I mention I liked the ending.
Also I saw Life at the theatres and thought it wasn't too bad. Visuals were great but I thought some of the character behaviours were a little odd just can't really elaborate without spoilers....just think like a lot of movies ....Why would you do that especially under these circumstances. 7 out of 10 too. Unlike Rogue One I didn't think much of the ending a bit predictable.
Patriot's Day - 2013 Boston Marathon bombing.
Accurate depiction of the duality of human behavior.
On the one hand, the sheer lunacy of religious fundamentalists - on the other, selflessness, love and the ability to band together in times of trouble.
Heartwarming. 8\10.
Trump crowned? No faux King way!
John Wick - 8.5/10
I don't know how I missed this one when it was released way back in 2014 (possibly I was busy when my daughter was born), but I knew nothing about it until a few months ago when I saw a great parody video about John Wick's dog. It put me on to the trailer for the original film, and I was intrigued. Knowing that the sequel is due out soon, I figured it was worth a look. And it was a lot of fun. The plot/storyline is pretty basic, but rather than take itself too seriously it embraces the inherent comedy (with a pinch of drama) in a retired hitman who is brought back to the action when gangsters kill his dog and steal his car. But rather than playing it up for laughs, Keanu Reeves gives the role wry gravitas and oodles of style. It was great fun, with very few pretentions. It reminded me more than a little of the original Transporter film. I hope the next installment retains that sense of fun.
Arrival 4/10
I didn't think it would ever end.
The Founder: 9/10
Really interesting look at the man who spread McDonalds across the USA.
Often wasn't sure if he was a good guy or a bad guy, but an interesting guy regardless.
