All the President's Men.    All about the Watergate break-in & cover-up.    Movie still looks good after all these years.

A harmless way to spend a couple of hours.

Get Out.

A little slow to start but me and the missus enjoyed it. Happy to give it an 8/10.

I finally got around to watching Logan.  About time they made a decent Wolverine movie!  And just in time for Huge to quit the franchise.  It was a superb film, highly recommended!

Since I was so disappointed by Alien, I thought I would recommend something else

Get Out

Genuinely creepy black comedy and one of the best films I have seen this year. I left the cinema fizzing. Highly recommended.

Watched this in the weekend. Was quite good, but it just felt like it was missing something, but can't put my finger on what. 7/10.

Hopefully watching this tonight, really enjoyed the first.

Also I'll jump on the Logan bandwagon and agree it's awesome, I'd even go as far as a 9/10 putting it in the categories of xmen movies as the rest of them are pretty meh.

Enough of all this Logan / John Wick stuff already. For a bit of true British (stands and salutes) culture, bought myself a box set of Carry On films !?! Think its time for some Carry On Cleo - 'Infamy, Infamy, they've all got it in for me!'

Watched "Why Him" last night. 3½/5.

Bryan Cranston reverted back to his "Malcolm in the Middle" days in this movie but with better acting. Still think his greatest work was in "Breaking Bad" which I still have the last two series to watch. The woman who plays his wife "Megan Mullally" I did not recognise till her voice went up a couple of octaves then it was "Will & Grace" acting all over again. There are a lot of 'off-colour' jokes, sexual innuendo and swearing. Had to look up what 'double dicking' and 'bukakke' meant (you will find them in urbandictionary.com).

Other wise a no brainier movie with a few glasses of wine under the belt.

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

Heh, if I could have given it -5 from 10 I would have. Worst movie I have seen in 20 years bar none.

John Wick Chapter 2. 7/10

Easy way to spend 2 hours enjoying some action with little to no plot.

Melee fight scenes were excellent, would have taken a lot of work, looked exhausting.

I think someone needs to check how many bullets a hand gun can fire without reloading.
