My recent experience is that refunds are close to being instant when processed.

It would assist if folks specified what delivery option they selected when posting..

My parcel that's been sitting as "Ready to Send" in Auckland since 20th December has been shaken loose and is now in NZ Post's Auckland depot. Finally!

Im still waiting on my refund , the dispute was closed 18Dec with seller agreeing to refund (goods never sent , fake tracking no).

its been 23 days .
Is something fishy with it taking this long ?
I cant see any way or options on the Ali pages to complain & ask whats happening

It shouldn't take this long, something is up. Refunds show up within a day or two for me.

Ordered on the 4th, arrived in NZ on the 7th, and has been sitting at some warehouse at the airport since then. Perhaps this should be in the CourierPost Delays thread, but I'm not sure whether it's CourierPost or someone else that's ignoring it.

I ordered some items in late Dec and selected Singapore Post as my shipping option. When I check tracking within the order page on the AliExpress site, the status page shows data is supplied by CAINIAO and there is also another a hyperlink to the CAINIAO Global Order Tracking page.

Am I reading this correct and thinking that the seller has sent this via the cheaper/slower option?

Another thing is that it timeline shows as Shipment Cancelled. No idea what that is about as current status says parcel is still in transit.

I had a "shipment cancelled" status and applied for a refund. A couple of days later, the item was delivered. I suspect that it's due to some kind of aggregated shipping to NZ.

It arrived today, although the tracking still shows it sitting in a warehouse at the airport. So not bad, eleven days from ordering to in the letterbox. Only downside is that even though I ordered the largest size they had it's still a child-sized item, luckily it's elastic and fits (barely).

I ordered a few packages on 30th Nov. Tracking still shows 'next stop NZ customs'.

Estimated delivery was 20th Dec.

I have asked supplier to help locate, but it does look like due to the time taken it is going by boat.

It does say via airline. And it was Ali standard shipping.

There's an item I want to order and can't find it anywhere but on Ali, which is the better shipping option from the following?
