Watched the first couple of episodes of Unstable on Netflix.
Rob Lowe is an unstable genius scientist. His son plays the flute. Everyone around the dad is bonkers. The son is not.
So far it's predictable but fun.
Handsome Dan Has Spoken.
Handsome Dan needs to stop adding three dots to every sentence...
Handsome Dan does not currently have a side hustle as the mascot for Yale

I want, I want, Charles in charge, of me!
I'm sure you'll all be turning off Netflix and enjoying the King's coronation this evening =P
Coincidentally, or perhaps due to a subconscious connection, I have been re-watching Charles In Charge. I still enjoy this show, especially the earlier seasons.
Most recently, I watched S02E06 "American Teen". I'd hate to think what would come after "What it's like to be a teenage girl in America today..." if it were written today. Some major timeline issues with that particular episode, but still one of the more memorable ones, along with "The Egg And Us" and "The Loan Arranger", both also from season 2. The latter was written by Chuck Lorre (Two And A Half Men, The Big Bang Theory).
Feels a bit Fallouty...which is also coming soon.
afe66: Silo on Atv (nz) 9/10 2 episodes so far
Scifi series based on the book by Hugh Howey set in post apocalyptic world where people live in a silo.
Another self publishing success like Weir of Martian fame.
Very good.
Agree, looks very promising. Just have to avoid subreddit spoilers 😬

Wow . . . The book (or the bits and pieces that made up the book) were amazing.
I'm not sure if I should watch this or not. . . but the trailer looks promising.

I've been looking forward to this one :)
Started watching the new Amazon Prime series, Citadel, starring Richard Madden (of House Stark) and Priyanka Chopra Jonas with Stanley Tucci.
It's very "James Bond" esque and has the gadgetry and action-based fun that a modern Bond film often has, but it's also a bit more bloody and violent, because it's on a streaming platform.
3 episodes in and a new episode every Friday.
Would have preferred to binge watch, but so far so good. I am enjoying it.

The Power, on Prime Video 8/10
Women develop a mysterious new ability to electrocute at will. Program has similar format to the Heroes series. One person has a voice in their head, others are normal.
If liked Heroes worth watching, as story line is different but same feel.
Had a week of some insomnia. In my boredom I binged Ancient Apocalypse. The presenter, Graham Hancock, has been completely discredited by archeologists as a total hack in the field and so I watched the series with this in mind. He presents some interesting ideas that he manages to back up with evidence. I like that he didnt push a "this is what happened" but more a "maybe this is an idea we should consider". Of course he's presenting the evidence that supports his theories/beliefs and as such I was left wondering "what has he left out". Some of the things he presented were too far fetched for me. And others were extremely plausible.
Overall found the series interesting. As long as you're not one to buy into every conspiracy theory out there!
I rate it 3.6 roentgen.
