Probably the best horror film I have seen for a long time. The scene with the sister and the finger ...

Dingbatt: Must be a bit slow. When did the "expect spoilers" bit get added to the title of the thread?
Guess that means I won't be looking here for any recommendations anymore, just in case.
I would have thought spoilers belong in a separate thread (have started a couple myself).
Yeah, I figure spoilers shouldn't be part of a review!
Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.
I agree on the no spoilers part.

Couldn't we change the title to "No Spoilers"
The point of saying expect spoilers is because there's been plenty accidentally posted over the course of this thread, so anyone looking through should expect them. That said, we shouldn't be actively posting spoilers of course. That's why there tends to be specific threads for spoilers about specific movies/tv shows. But if it's not called out in the title people get antsy when they mistakenly read a spoiler. I've changed the title again to be extra specific for those that need it.

I must be weird. I like spoilers. I always read them first about books and films. I do not want to waste time trying to understand the story/plot when I could be looking for other details etc. I suppose there is a fine line between synopsis and spoiler.

A spoiler is saying Superman dies at the end. A synopsis is saying Superman and Batman have issues.

Moviemistakes.com does not always get it right. They claim that there are 9 mistakes in the movie Darkest Hour one of which is a mistake in the uniform King George wears. They say he always wore the Admiral's uniform with the fleet air arm wings on his left sleeve. Having just seen a few seconds of a documentary where the fleet air arm wings seemed to be missing I searched on Google images & found a couple of photos where he is in the Admiral's uniform & no sign of the fleet air arm wings.
So he probably had more than one Admiral's uniform some with the fleet air arm wings and some without! Depicting the King with an 'ordinary' Admiral's uniform may have been more realistic as the scene showed Churchill coming to the Palace & it was a day of normal business for the King rather than a ceremony or special event.
Here are three photos.

P.S. I did not think it worth starting a new thread so put it here.
andrewNZ: Time for spoiler bbcode?
Funny you say that... I have a Task in my Outlook called "Visibility/spoiler". Should revisit it.
