Does the 2nd Amendment cover owning (and flying) armed drones? If so, I foresee an arms race that will make Ukraine look like a sideshow.
I'm pretty sure it's a federal offence to arm anything that can fly. I remember reading about someone in the US getting a thorough spanking for attaching a 9mm pistol to a drone and putting the footage on YouTube.
That gift card company needs the book thrown at them as many people will not have dealt with the recovery of the money from them and just given up.
