Recent orders from MightyApe:

1: Allocated tracking# 10:00 3/5/2020, no pickup scan, processed at depot 17:31 same day. Next scan 12:51 4/5/2020 w/courier for delivery. Delivered 14:22 same day.

2. Allocated tracking# 21:50 5/5/2020, no pickup scan and nothing since. Hoping it was picked up super early and may get onto todays round as well but won't hold my breath.

I can't blame them if it gets a bit late considering how bogged down they will be. But also can't help myself from refreshing every 5 seconds incase it updates because I so desperately want what's inside the parcel (non-essential but much wanted).

We had two boxes of beer dispatched to us on the same day (coincidentally).  One from a friend in Welly via PBT.  The other from a company in Auckland via courier post.

PBT delivered in a few days.

Courier post two weeks and counting.  A call to the vendor has revealed that the parcel is supposedly held up in CPs international parcel centre, as international freight is down and they are helping with the overload of domestic parcels.

Personally, I think this thread is a good way to figure out what the adjusted delivery times are, company to company.

Many of the items I've ordered are connected to items I have for sale. So if I can figure out what the realistic delivery date is, then I can make better calculated decisions elsewhere.

I have some stuff from Ali Express that could be still in China or could already be here in a giant mess with everything else. Haven't had a tracking update since 10/03.

I had a PB TECH order have about 1.5weeks from dispatch email to deliver and I am on the other side of town (West Auckland) It arrived yesterday.

I am not complaining but a little long, I should have heeded their click and collect service but It was lockdown and they offered free shipping.

I was a bit peeved when I bought several things for a build and it said they were all in stock at local so got them and 1 out of 3 items arrived the next day the other 2 which where put in a split delivery is showing as picked up from sender and that was on the 1st of may.

I was more annoyed pb said they were all here and would have all arrived together.

I ordered an essential supply of items on the 15th April, shipped on the 16th and not delivered yet. However at home LEGO ordered on the 4th May delivered on the 5th May.

I’ve given up on the stuff ordered on the 15th and reordered the same items elsewhere this morning and currently out with the courier.

Everything is being delivered by courier post.

Same - I've had a third of a build arrived. If I had known they were with supplier rather than in stock would have ordered different parts.

I ordered something a few weeks ago, asked for a redirection last Monday, it sat in their system doing nothing all week, apparently it's in the process of being redirected but I still have yet to receive it and sadly their call centre has a really long wait time currently.

I ended up having to make a very serious complaint because they ignored my re-direction request after I had asked for a YouShop parcel be sent to the box lobby just before the lockdown and then having to change it to go to my house. Speaking to their call centre multiple times got me nowhere until one CSR and her team leader (her name is Marianne) cared and got involved/saw it through to the end. Marianne did say that people who get nowhere can ask to have a message be left for her to look into the issue.

That was bad but before that I ended up having to write to their CEO and executive.complaints@nzpost.co.nz because the dick courier contractor for my area would not stop fake signing signature required items on my behalf and no amount of apparent attempts at escalating the issue changed his behaviour. NZ Post/Courier Post can be pretty incredible.

Agreed. I know we're in exceptional times/circumstances at the moment, but over a week to redirect a parcel across the North Shore? Really?
The rep I spoke to last Friday who found out that the redirection hadn't gone ahead tried to convince me that taking 5 days delivery for a domestic item was totally normal given the circumstances and I should just accept it.
