"The Lincoln Lawyer" Season 4. Boring, skip 30 seconds, boring, skip 30 seconds, downright stupid, skip 60 seconds, repeat. Yay, episode over.

 

"Unfamiliar". Yes! Finally, something watchable on Netflix. Trust the Germans to produce some good TV.

I was really disappointed with the season ender of Fallout on Prime. 

 

I just felt like it had a couple more episodes of wrapping up to do before it ended.

Wow I'd be surprised, most of the feedback I've seen online about it has been universally positive unless I've landed in an echo chamber by accident.  I really enjoyed it, personally.

Just did some Google-foo and it appears that the new season has been green-lit and will enter production "soon".

Just started watching season 1 of Slow Horses. 

I was not expecting to enjoy this as much as I am. 

 

 

A great series with a satisfying ending.  Just watched the last episode of The Night Manager series 2, and all I can say is 'There better be a series 3!'.  It's one of those series where you keep thinking they are running out of time to resolve even half of the threads, but of course, that didn't happen.  I am not going to include spoilers, but I will say, this does not wrap up in the same sort of way as Landman.  Both 10/10 must watch all the same.

 

Mick Herron is my favourite author, and Apple have not let him down with their TV adaptation.  Garry Oldham is a superb Jackson Lamb — in fact just about every character is perfectly cast.  I even love Roddy Ho for all his cringe-making moments.  I love that Mick Jagger likes the books enough to agree to do the theme song, and a bloody good job he has done of it.  The lyrics a funny and clever and I listen to the wole song every time.

I've just tried watching Moonhaven, starring Dominic Monaghan and Joe Manganiello among others. 

 

It's pretty poorly acted, with really ordinary CGI as well. 
I got part way through episode 1 of 6.

Salvador [Netflix] A Spanish series about the rise of the Neo- Nazis and the right wing in Europe, a real eye opener about what is going on in Europe. Not for the faint hearted as it doesn't pull any punches. Really scary if this really what it is like.  8/10

Watched the latest episode of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms. 

 

It's annoying how short the episodes are and how long the wait is between each episode, but overall I have been enjoying it.
