People using disabled carparks , and having the approved window tag .
But they get and only them get out of their car and walk a significant distance (i pushed myself in my wheelchair) to the public toilets .
Then skip into the New World store come out with their trolly of groceries and pick them up a few bags in each hand and walk on out the mall to their car like a able bodied person ( i know some people have hidden and unseen ailments but this female was taking the piss)

Dingbatt: When you get back from holiday having survived on roaming data for 2 weeks to discover your broadband is dead. Landline dead as well. Grrrrr copper. Still only 18-24 months to wait for fibre in this area.
Waiting for the man from Spark to arrive.

Consider yourself lucky. Fibre due here never!

Tiger beer 12-pack cartons that won't simply fold flat to go in the recycling bin due to their weird trapezoidal asymmetric shape.

I reckon by the time we get it, some amazing thing will have replaced it long since, and it will be the equivalent of two baked bean tins and a bit of string...!

Please don't hesitate to call if you have any questions. Why not simply please call if you have any questions?

Because he who hesitates is lost, and telling people to get lost is bad for business.

The difference is possibly that I'm only 10 km from the Skytower.
On the positive side, Spark's response was excellent. After reporting the fault online (mobile data) at 8pm on a Saturday night, 20GB was loaded on my phone to see me through, the technician arrived at the green box across the road at 9am on Sunday morning and normal service was resumed about 15 minutes later. When he called to confirm things were working I asked what had caused the fault, he said a broken wire.
I'm first in the queue to complain when Spark's response isn't up to scratch, so it is only right to give credit when they do a good job.
Good to hear. If it wasn't for their eye-watering roaming costs I might even use them..!

My 82yo mum couldn't find a disability park near where she was meeting friends so parked some distance away and had an uphill walk to get there. Result: could not get out of bed for the next three days. For people like that such things can end the independence of travel for the rest of a life.
As you said, it's no small thing when people misuse them.
