My employer's Google Maps profile has its "category" set appropriately: it's an office.

Google invites us to set up our breakfast, brunch, dinner, drive-through, and other food-related hours.

Similar story. Our Wellington office is open from 9AM to 1PM for public access. Our company has building name rights, but only uses part of the building.

Every few months Google sends an email saying they have updated our hours, based on public suggestions.

If that's the first SMTP hop looks like it was indeed sent from a desktop with that hostname. Looks like a random hostname Windows generates by default. Not sure what the problem is - that is expected behaviour when a desktop client submits an email via SMTP. Been this way for decades.
