People who say 'that' instead of 'who' when referring to someone, or instead of 'which' when adding information to a statement instead of adding a limitation.

In fact people who says 'that' when it's completely unnecessary in a sentence. For example, just taken from Stuff.co.nz

"....after she became concerned at her son's behaviour and reported that there was a gun in the house"

should read

"....after she became concerned at her son's behaviour and reported there was a gun in the house"

That really annoys me ;)

People who get annoyed (and rant) at little things instead of finding something important to get annoyed at.

Attention to details and good English skills combined together are in high demand in some areas of business and you perhaps could charge money as an Editor or Technical Writer. Would you be keen to scroll via my web site front page only and see if there are any annoying mistakes? (English is my second). Site does not allow to copy paste - which could be annoying in itself.

One former work peer promised he will read the front page of my site and provide me with the feedback. Unfortunately for them he has never followed on his promise(s) and recently been made redundant :-(

That is another annoying thing: no follow up on promises ... Can't deliver? Do not promise, ever...

The best description I've seen goes something like this (I cant remember it exactly).

If you have 10 bottles and they all have red lids you might say 'I can see bottles which have red lids' because you are adding information relevant to all of them.

If you have 10 bottles where 5 have red lids and 5 have blue lids you might say 'I can see bottles that have red lids' because you are limiting the statement to only the red ones.

People who drive in the right lane of a motorway doing 90-100 kmh and wont move over to the left, the road rules state ( unless I am mistaken ) KEEP LEFT UNLESS PASSING

You'd think so but my colleagues would never let me proof-read their documents because I'd start by pointing out how many different fonts they had used ! Maybe I'm just old fashioned but as an IT consultant I wouldn't want a document to go out which had basic errors in it. It's just unprofessional.

I started 20-odd years ago proof-reading my wife's LLB Masters papers. 30k words all with very strict rules about layout and presentation. We had some very late nights double checking those !

That Netflix will only allow you to rate a movie or TV show in whole stars. There are a lot of movies better than a 3, but not worthy of a 4 etc.

Pretty much! From a piece in the Road Code:

Where there are two or more lanes on your side of the centre line:

keep in the left-hand lane as much as you can
don't use the lane closest to the centre line if you will hold up other vehicles.
The lane closest to the centre line should only be used when:

you want to pass another vehicle
you want to turn right
the left-hand lane is full with other traffic or is blocked.

Even worse when they're only doing 60-90km/h

People often mistake me for an adult because of my age.

Its pretty obvious that they do not know the road rules or just ignorant and don't care but I reckon that they are the ones that cause some accidents

When walking in the Wellington CBD, getting constant attempts to harangue me to sign up for donations to WWF, Greenpeace, Amnesty International etc.

(At least, I assume that's what they're doing, I have never actually stopped to talk to them.)

Sometimes I use big words I don't always fully understand in an effort to make myself sound more photosynthesis.

When you open a webpage and the button you want is in front of you, and then everything shunts down as a picture loads above, and the area you clicked now sends you to some other link/page.

And

When you delete some text in a field and explorer takes you back a few pages because some knob thought it was a good idea to make the Backspace key equivalent to the Back button...
