AKL0001: I got a case officer last week. Asked for an additional docs this week. Docs provided & application passed on to the next stage.

What now? 😢

what kind of documents they asked if you don't mind , it is really rare to ask extra docs after confirm detail email

Do you know who you ask about the print date for certificates? Is it the case officer?

Congratulations on your approval!

Its a separate team that deals with the certificates - not the case officer. I was contacted 9 days after getting my email of approval telling me the date on which my certificate is due to be printed (which is next week)

And the date on which it will be printed is about 3 weeks from the date of approval.

I have seen some people on this forum say they have been contacted about the printing of their certificates on the same day to seven days after the date of approval . Hope this helps :)

Thank you, we can relax now. 😀

Thank you also for that information, that's very helpful indeed.

They asked for a police clearance certificate for a country where I spent nearly 5-6 months in last 2 years .

We had to get a police check because we'd lived in Australia for more than 12 months.  Seems a bit harsh to ask for one for only being in a country for 5-6 months.

I provided them with the certificate within 10 mins because I got it sorted beforehand. Was really hoping to hear anything today but seems like now I’ve to wait for another week or so,

They have access to our travel movements through Immigration NZs database. 3 months 23 days in 5th year and nearly 2 months in 4th year.

that's strange , I remember I called them before about something like this , they told me if they are  not consecutive and less than 4 months per year, no need for police certificate,

also when you submit application it doesn't ask you which countries  you have been too
