I nearly got hit the other day because some muppet coming from my right indicated a left turn to enter the roundabout, causing me to think he really was intending to turn left into the road I was coming from. Instead, he turned off the signal as soon as he was in the roundabout and carried on, nearly running into me.

This is so annoying. Sometimes you can "feel" the person is indicating wrong, slowdown and sure enough the muppet is indicating left (as if leaving on the first exit) but turns right in front of you - or continues ahead, just when you thought it would be ok to enter the roundabout.

The number of people that indicate right to enter the roundabout then immediately turn the indicator off to exit - without indicating left, is incredible.

As posted in the muppets on the road thread, police should be ticketing this people.

Companies which ask for a review of a product that you have only just received!

No wonder most reviews are useless, the user hasn't even had time to use the item to learn it's failings!

I get asked to review products still in transit haha.

I got asked to review a heap of stuff I purchased as presents.  I haven't even gotten round to taking it out of the shipping packaging yet which I will be doing this week in order to wrap them.

Yep, and if there was a bang, the liability would almost certainly be on you despite the other idiot causing it. Pays to be defensive or you will inevitably get hit.

It seems very few people understand the rules about indicating on roundabouts... especially if you are crossing from one side to the other on a 4-way. You still have to indicate left when exiting and if turning right you absolutely must indicate right then indicate left when about to exit.

The seasonal "discussion" about driving speed limits.

Strangely we don't have similar discussion about seasonal adjustments of drink driving limits.

Cigarette smoke. I seem to have a bloodhound's sensitivity to it. I can't even escape the whiff of someone in the car ahead of me puffing it out their window.

I have no problem with the aroma of pipe tobacco, nor Vape smoke. But cigarette smoke makes me want to retch. I think I developedt my aversion when at primary school - my mate's mum would smoke with us in the car.

We have a number of roads here which, if you look on a map, are shown as two different roads (eg one going straight and one turning to the right) but are in reality simply a single road (just curving right - no junction) and we still see people actually indicating to go round the corner...

For me its vape smoke, I seem seem to persistently follow someone down the street who is emitting clouds of some sickly-sweet berry flavoured smoke.

this , i hate it . Just give me the 25% of one item and don't make me have to buy two to get it.

Companies (NZ) which supply a different inferior food product to that shown and ordered on their website.

(Especially when you supposedly reordered what you had previously been supplied correctly)

...and ..NO it is not a simple error, as they don't advertise the product you actually received!

When microsoft decide to send the feature update down to your horribly under specced work PC during the busiest time of the year, rendering the accounting software a laggy unresponsive mess while the computer is doing whatever it needs to do to get ready to install it.

I think the Firestone/Bridgestone promotion for this is good.

Who buys just one new tyre?
