Recommend people contact them the same way. More complaints might mean they fix it for everyone.
Based on their poor website often being down after the draws on wednesday and saturday, due to the number of people hitting the site, so tickets can't be checked online, I think they have larger online problems to deal with.
Are they a government body in anyway, as I believe government bodies are exempt from the antispam laws, under 6 (b) (vii) A?
