queenstown: Wait so will I get the Milton or the invercargill? like the thread is on the off topic but it went way off topic.My house is not elligible for electronic monitoring.I live in Queenstown

How do you know this? Your previous posts suggested that you were only recently busted. Usually Corrections doesn't confirm suitability of a proposed address for home detention purposes until a guilty plea has been entered and the judge having ordered a HD report.

I can't stress this enough: instead of worrying about which prison you may or may not go to and idle speculating on what might happen if X and Y, you'd be far better off talking to a lawyer, especially if you have not yet entered a plea. Again, my offer stands: do you need a decent lawyer recommended to you? I'm assuming you're attending court in Queenstown also?

He's probably been a candidate for electronic bail in the past.
