How much less competent and accommodating Amazon Customer service has been recently. 

Buggy websites (again!).

I tried to create an account on a popular site, and it gave a generic "something went wrong; try again later" error. I came back half an hour later and tried again, and it told me that my email address is already used by another account. I tried logging in with the password I'd attempted to sign up with, and it failed. I then went to "forgot password" and entered my email address, and it told me that there is no user with that address.

Been there, done that. Too many times.

Trying to thread a needle without stereoscopic vision because one eye doesn't work close up.

Ive got that with instagram, and there appears to be no way to contact them to resolve it.

It is indeed Instagram. I don't care that much, to be honest.
