When I specify at the drivethru "Standard Coke" and when I get home and take a sip, its a fake-sugar abomination. Blergh.
Conversely when I specify "Diet Coke" and get either "Coke No Sugar" or "Coke Zero"...or worse, the non-sugar free stuff that actually makes me sick.

Our Neighbours have recently installed a basketball hoop and play it non-stop (8pm and still going currently...). I like that its something that they do as a family and its outdoor and active but the sound of the balls bouncing is at a frequency that its like a non-stop kick drum that goes right through you.
It is amazing how it does go through so many walls. It was like that at a place I used to live. I was in the same boat, torn because it was great to have kids outside, but a kick drum is a great way to describe it!

And with my neighbours, each shot is also punctuated by "waaaaayyyy" from the dad, and more often than not, screaming and/or crying from the small, emotionally manipulative kid any time he/she doesn't get it's way.
Still, I can just turn up my music and not have to listen to them.

“In 2012 about 56 million people died throughout the world; 620,000 of them died due to human violence (war killed 120,000 people, and crime killed another 500,000). In contrast, 800,000 committed suicide, and 1.5 million died of diabetes. Sugar is now more dangerous than gunpowder.”

No, because I have neighbours that I like. And that is basically the only issue I have with those ones, so, considering some previous occupiers, is still a lot less of an issue to deal with.

Agreed, you have be prepared to compromise sometimes when the big picture is taken into account.

If all the world's economists were laid end-to-end, they still wouldn't reach a conclusion...
Fuel companies...they annoy me. But they're not "something small".

Phone Zombies!
They still annoy me .. the oblivious numpts who stump towards you while staring at the shiny thing in their hand. Maybe a zombie lane on the footpaths should be marked out in AR on their phones ?
Paying $80 to enter a running race. (Half Marathon in this case). I run for fun and fitness and occasionally like to participate in running events, but not for $80. Boo :(

That's about what I'd expect to pay based on various cycle events I've taken part in. Some events can be a bit spendy I agree but I don't think $80 is over the top. There's expenses in running such events, someone has to pay. The promoter isn't usually a charity and needs to see something for his/her time.

As per above poster. Try organising your own race for less than $80 per participant and see if you come out on top.
