I have to admit - this fully caught me out a few times also. The Huawei P30 Pro takes incredible photos.

Honest Australien Government Ad
2019 Election

The Australien Government has made a final ad before the 2019 Federal Election, and it’s surprisingly honest and informative.

George Clooney Against DUMBF__KERY

Jimmy Kimmel Live

"According to a new report from the United Nations, our planet is in worse shape than at any other time in human history. The Trump Administration has done everything they can to do nothing about climate change. They just don’t listen to scientists. A lot of people don’t. Scientific fact is suddenly seen as some kind of partisan scare tactic. It endangers us all, so George Clooney is spearheading a new initiative to raise awareness of this foray into ignorance, and what he has to say is important."

A Holden heist-themed SUV commercial filmed in Wellington has been banned in Australia, after complaints against driving techniques used.

The Hollywood heist-style ad showed the Equinox SUV performing a reverse 180-degree turn, which attracted the complaint

Not a bad video.  Some people will complain about anything.

That ad is compelling me to go out and commit a heist. See you all when I'm out of jail.

WOW I want to trade in my new 2 month old Kia Sportage EL for the Equinox SUV just so I can perform a reverse 180-degree turn.

Some people need to get a life and get out and smell the roses. (preferable in an Equinox SUV 😀)

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

I'm in Nike's Ads, But They Won't Give Me Maternity Protections

The New York Times

"I’ve always known that expressing myself could hurt my career. I’ve tried not to show emotion, to anticipate what people expect from me and to do it. I don’t like to let people down. But change does not come from silence.

Last week, two of my former Nike teammates, the Olympian runners Alysia Montaño and Kara Goucher, heroically broke their nondisclosure agreements with the company to share their pregnancy stories in a New York Times investigation.

Theirs are stories that we know to be true, but were too scared to tell publicly: If we have children, we risk pay cuts from our sponsors during pregnancy and afterward. It’s one example of a sports industry where the rules are still mostly made for and by men."
