The End of the F***ing World - Netflix = 9/10

If you are into dark comedies then this is for you. I watched all 8 episodes over two nights. its witty, its beautiful, its weird, its a little naive, its R18. Its well written and filmed. The actors are great and portray their growing out of their teen angst naivety with professionalism really seen these days. If you read IMDb you will find that the critics are running out of superlatives.

I'm half way through, and to be honest don't see what the fuss is about. It's only 8 short episodes so I'll keep watching, but perhaps I've just gotten too old to relate to the characters?

I have been watching The Good Place and it's hilarious - 9/10.

+1 for this. Just discovered it over xmas and watched all Season 1 and Season 2 episodes to date.

This is great! Only up to episode 3, but it's probably one of the only original TV shows around.

Really enjoying SyFy’s Killjoys on NFlix (s1&2) and now on a week trial of DirectTV (USA) to see season 3.

Sci-Fi comedy/action very similar to FireFly for those who enjoyed it.

8/10 for comedy and original plot twists

I've just started watching The Game (BBC 60s spy series) on Netflix - slightly quirky, but very enjoyable.  it seems there was only one season made, so it presumably wasn't a great commercial success, but well worth watching

The second season of The Crown is living up to expectations

Disjointed - another Netflix original. I have watched season one and two episodes last night of season two. Ok I give it 5/10. It is a bit lame brain US Sitcom about a Los Angeles marijuana dispensary run by Kathy Bates. I usually multi-task when watching these types of shows. But it will suit the teen & 20's audience.

Yes have watched this: 6/10. I can see why only one season was made -John La Carrie: Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy it ain't.

Yes this season involves more scandals principally around Princess Margaret as well as Prince Philip. But it is just a shade under the quality of season one.

Of course with season three it is all going to change - spoiler alerts.

I've made it to the end of one, and I'm not sure I'm going around again.

Have stayed with this series, in the absence of Strike Back or an equivalent.

Apparently it's down for a Season 5, so has some backing even though I've never seen it on NZ TV.

Strike Back is in the middle of  a new season , different actors but the show runner is the same person.

Loved this series. Great soundtrack, that, alone, kept me going through the slow start.
