I am not sure what they are expecting in terms of being without one, but I guess they are thinking it wasnt for working for months before they took it away etc. Family member who doesnt live that far away is helping out. They never offered a loan machine, but they never initiated any of the service. I had to ask for a refund and that they fix it for free etc, so I can I only see is that you get what you ask for.
30 days seems unreasonable to me, - did Samsung provide a loan machine? Year ago, F&P provided a loan fridge when the fridge broke, so I guess its not off the cards.
