My NZPost Courier delivered 2 parcels this morning from The Warehouse..... that they haven't even advised that they have Shipped Yet!

 

Ordered 3 products, got 2 parcels from different Branches and a pending refund for the 3rd product! (Such efficiency - NOT!)

 

NZPost are hopefully making something! (I don't think I have ever had a TWL multi product order arrive in a single parcel!)

I used the market to order 2 parker pen refills for someone at work and also some other stuff. Each refill in a separate bubble envelope from a different branch. Thankfully marketclub + is extended another year after the Vodafone deal ended.

Waiting for clearance, exactly as the message says. Due to the unusually high call volumes it's currently sitting on hold listening to the zillionth replay of Crowded House's 'Don't Dream its Over'.

One of mine, via UPS, has been "on the way" in Auckland for 3.5 days. You'd think a courier company could give more detail than that...

 

Edit: Just thought of putting it into 17Track. It has much more detail. It had an "import scan" on Tuesday morning and hasn't moved since.

The UPS site still says mine's sitting in Auckland (it's supposedly been there for 5.5 days)... yet Aramex just delivered it. Yes, at 4 PM on a Sunday!

Is tracking broken on nzposts site for anyone else? My entire list is showing as Update pending or tracking no. is incorrect.

Android tracking apps are showing nothing amiss from NZ Post tracking, haven't tried the site directly.

I've had a parcel from the US with the status of "pending border clearance" for 3 weeks, it's been in the country for far more than it took to come from the US via Japan. NZPost said that it's only tracked to NZ, not in NZ which I thought was a joke. I went into the depot and they said they couldn't even see it as being in the country.

Oh good grief,

 

Did they find it under a bin or something, I mean I was seriously close to starting the "lost package procedure" as I had assumed it had died and been given a small funeral at international arrivals..
