Not yet, all I've got is it's "being processed" (I think at their warehouse).

Been waiting all day for Aramex to deliver a parcel to me.

Marked as "Onboard for Delivery Today" @ 0855hrs.

We are 3 sets of traffic lights from their depot.

Rang them at 1pm to try and get an eta, apart from the person having English as a bad second language,

she refused to say anything but the usual script of name, postcode etc and being told the usual times he is in my area.

They have both passed, and the parcel still shows as Onboard for Delivery!

No way was she going to contact the driver for an eta!

I gave up. I also emailed the supplier what I thought of their choice of delivery company.

(My spleen seems somewhat better now that I have vented it)

Strangely the item has just arrived with the usual 4.30pm ish Temu deliveries!

(Next door got an obvious Temu one)

Unmarked van and driver would not confirm if he has had it onboard.

He wouldn't even answer if we has the usual Aramex delivery person for this area now!

(I knew that the person who had it a while ago was trying to sell)

Just because you're near the depot doesn't necessarily mean you'll get it any sooner - if anything, probably more parcels per run because there's less travel time. All the parcels in that run will be near the depot.

Don't know how many parcels per day an Aramex run is but I'm sure it's a lot. They don't want to encourage giving live updates to every customer.

Well STOP sending me emails saying that I will have it shortly!

Two further.

And considering the driver wouldn't even answer a simple yes or no as to if he is the usual driver now, and this is the time to expect deliveries!

Previous lady was great.

We are not in the parcel delivery business, but our drivers generally drive to the furthest delivery point first and then make deliveries and so automatically get closer & closer to the home depot. That could explain why you got your deliveries so late.

Anyone had anything delivered by "APC Postal Logistics"? One of my boys ordered a game from the US and the tracking basically stops as soon as it enters NZ; he ordered it in mid-November, and the last update was "Your order is in country" (which country? Hopefully New Zealand).

Reached out to them and basically they say the second it arrives here they lose all ability to track it (first time I've ever seen this happen). They said the delivery after that point is handled by NZ Post - except none of their tracking numbers work on NZ Post's tracker, so I guess it must get assigned a new (local) one.

I've reached out to NZ Post as he was meant to have his game by last week and I think he's been fairly patient. I just hope they can find it 😕

Try tracking on https://parcelsapp.com/ it will sometimes give you a following tracking number that NZ Post has assigned (not specifcally talkin about APC, I don't know about them, but others do).

Hey thanks for that tip! I've been waiting on a parcel from AliExpress that seemingly disappeared after leaving Customs a week ago - NZ Post tracking never converted the AliEx international tracking code into their format. There's a reason for that.

Thanks to your parcelsapp.com reminder, I discovered that, for the first time in my experience with AliEx, that Post Haste had received the parcel, not NZ Post. Just 1 phone call later, it's on the way to my house now.
