Those Nissan vehicles with tail lights with the mild strobe effect. Not sure if it is just Leaf or one or two others.

People who prefix sentences with unnecessary disclaimers.

eg,those who say...

"To be honest..." -- l then assume that unless they prefix with this then they must be lying.

Or,

"No offence but...." - then go ahead to cause offense ha ha.

This is not a small one really. The massive lack of courtesy from NZ drivers, who never, ever let anyone out of a junction when doing so would cost them nothing.

This actually happened; I saw it at a local New World a few months back.

I'd do that too, given the very common lack of consideration exhibited in car parks. I left a note on some MF's car a while ago that said "Thanks for parking so close. Next time I'll bring a can opener."

Yes that one got me too - trailers in the UK don't have WOF tests and they use the same number plate as the towing vehicle. Simpler.

That said, I have seen some scarily cheapskate POS trailers on our roads here, so I am glad they get a WOF...!

Because some people don't need to take long term medicine forever, and the change required to differentiate means someone will likely get missed.

Also gives you an opportunity to raise any other concerns you otherwise might not.

It gives me an opportunity to spend another $50...!

It's not too hard to decide which people need their meds long term and put them on a 12 month regime, for example, instead of a 3 month one.

So how does that work when you have more than one car? Mind you, UK number plates all look counterfeit like someones just stuck some hardware store vinyl numbers on a random piece of lexan.

Fair call! Been dealing with Dell Support today (not quite small annoying but a large annoyance) so brain = fried by bad CSR's...

In-fact speaking of which - another "small" annoyance is when companies have shockingly bad overseas call centres with terrible quality VoIP lines forcing you to repeat everything at-least 3 times...

I can't see the point of them. Too noisy for starters - and of little practical purpose I can discern.

You just have more than one plate...!

They may look like that, but trust me they aren't. The numbers are actually embedded in the plastic on a very reflective 3M backing. Really really long ago, they were individual 3D plastic letters screwed onto metal plates.

Plates are often stolen for cloning because they tightened up on getting new ones (e.g. they find your grey Vauxhall Astra, nick your plates and put them on a stolen car the same make and colour to commit a crime or sell on) so a number of plate suppliers now use a kind of plate designed to shatter into small bits if anyone tries to remove it.
