I bought two powers suppliers from an ebay seller from Australia. The freight was quite a lot but I needed the power supplies so I got it done. The items have arrived and one of the power supplies was damaged (The connectors to the server are bent). The seller is disclaiming responsibility saying the items weren't insured and therefore it's my problem.  The packaging was a plastic freight bag and some shrink wrap, barely adequate considering the significant weight of them. He has offered me 50% refund on the item and no freight discount. 

I imagine I have a case through ebay or paypal resolution, but I was curious if others had experience they could share.
