You will find them at Classic Bakery, or Tai Ping etc.

There's a large cake shop about halfway down dominion Rd, near masala dosa iirc.

Usually the mooncakes are available for sale before the Mid-Autumn festival and may have some left to clear the stock out... Your best bet probably a chinese store?
