Congrats to TV3 for axing that pair of twats.

The pair were obviously trying to shock their audience in order to gain popularity...well sorry..it failed.

Agree, its even enticed me to watch it tonight...which makes me wonder if it was arranged stunt, because I generally despise these type of shows.

Plan: Increase decreasing ratings
Outcome.. Working :P

I'd say the amount of disrepute they bought wasn't planned for however. Leading to this outcome.

I don't watch it, it was on while I was fading in and out of consciousness after a roadtrip. But I bet a whole heap more would have been watching tonight to either find out who the media is on about, or see what outcome of the backlash would bring.

A win-win in either case. Still will be now for people to see what sort of comments are made at the start of the show. But probably not the attention they wanted globally.

I don't watch the show, and I still won't after this. I watched the clip on Stuff and think it was the right call to get rid of them.

Both just a couple wannabes who went way over the top with their "critique" of him.

Even if the contestant was trying to emulate him, wouldn't you see that as a compliment and not belittle someone for it?!

Glassboy: What is X-Factor?

Its a show where the quality of the show is not representative of the name of the show

I'd say it's scripted. I reckon Jeremy Clarksons latest is scripted, or at least planned. Its a pity that a non fiction show is actually fiction.

I dont get why people are bagging them for commenting on the guys choice of apperance and saying that they should be judging the performance. They are the same thing to me.

Yeah natalia was a bit of a bitch about it, but firing them just because a whole lot of online whiners get off calling it bullying. Clearly if they think that is bullying they have not got far in the real world.

I disagree. It wasn't the most extreme bullying I have seen or experienced even, however it WAS bullying and uncalled for. They are there to provide constructive critism, and occasionally in the line of those duties, approach or even have toes over the line, but they were so far out of line it was the only
possible outcome.

It's not a show I watch, but they made the right call. It went too far.

I agree and a good call to ditch them, I don't watch it or would ever intend to watch it but a huge amount of people do or it would not be on.

As long as it is filled with lots of humour, I would be inclined to watch it. Just like Top Gear.

I don't know why tv3 thought bringing such terrible judges on would work out at all. Paul Henry would've been better lol.

Because it outlines the problem of bullying?
