I mentioned here a couple of weeks ago about the problems I was having with You Shop. Basically I ordered something from USA it arrived in NZ and was incorrectly Delivered to Shortland Street PostOffice instead of Browns Bay.

It then disappeared and NZPO could not trace it. I was getting ready to do a claim when I get an email from Postshop saying my parcel was in USA waiting for instructions and payment. It appears that parcel was sent back as its the same parcel tracking number etc. So after complaining to Post people I fork out for another lot of postage (told NZ Post I would want a refund when I get parcel) and parcel was on its way. NZ Post assured me they would keep a close eye on parcel this time. Parcel arrived two days ago at Airport went through Customs and was to be delivered today to post office. I checked parcel track today and it says parcel is undeliverable. ???>??

Rang Post tracking and after a lot of duck shoving I got a call back saying it could not be delivered to Browns Bay (no idea why) so the have sent it to Whangarei????
They said they will try and get it back..

Anyone want to take a bet that it will probably head back to USA.

I am at a loss what to do with this organisation. I understand that mistakes can happen but they seem to have no idea why or how to fix it.

I guess it is going the be the last time I use Youshop it has completely failed me.

I must admit that their offer has never really appealed to me.

There are some US based outfits that do a similar thing and their attention to detail is better....

Is this some kind of toxic material? or overly large item?

Can't they just deliver to your house instead of a post office?
