There is a phone number in their whois record. No idea how accurate it is https://dnc.org.nz/whois/search?domain_name=mightyape.co.nz
Dont get me started on companies that hide their phone number on their website. I understand why as the cost of answering that phone is really expensive, much better you answer your own question in their FAQ.
Thats another when they have a Contact link that goes directly to their FAQ again to try and avoid the phone call, GGGRRRRR!
Such is life in the 21st century!

If you have a phone number, then essentially you need some form of call centre or call management system or a minimum of 1 staff member dedicated to calls. Otherwise the call ends up just going voice mail, or very long hold times. I think the bigger problem is companies treating emails as low prioroty. I am dealing with one company at the moment, who far off their email support overseas. So if I want NZ support, I have to phone them, as all their phone support is still in NZ
Maybe not so helpful, but in my experience Mighty Ape are faster at responding to emails and chat requests than many companies are at answering a phone call. It's also a far more efficient method of customer service imo, plus you can have a written record of the outcome.

The only number in all of my emails from them is the same as recorded in the Whois records: +6494759305

I wanted to change my order and this was their response after it had been shipped.
In this case you would like to cancel an order, I would recommend either giving us a call on sending a message via our contact us page: http://www.mightyape.co.nz/help/contact
Selecting “I would like to cancel an order I have placed” as the enquiry type along with selecting your order ID will ensure a block is put on your order to stop it from shipping.
I thought NZ online stores had to have a contact number by law?
Nah, it's not a legal requirement. On the topic of Mightyape generally, I am totally bemused by the almost rabid loyalty that it engenders. Most of the time its prices are (from my experience) absolutely no better than stores like Noel Leeming. My partner and friends have also experienced their deplorable RMA/after sales practices. Unless they have deep, deep sales or are the only source for what I want, I never go near them.

Same day or next day delivery - means I don't have to get off my lazy a** and drive anywhere.
