I've never had so many issues in one week than with Post Haste this week.

On Saturday I received a "while you were out" card (even though I was home) - filled in the details online for a Tuesday delivery (Monday was not an option)
On Tuesday I got home from work - no parcel
Called Post Haste on Wednesday to find out where the parcel was - would be delivered on Wednesday
Wednesday 4.30 - no parcel, so called again and got told "just being delivered"
Wednesday 5pm - no parcel, called again and got told "just being delivered" - this time I was told it was a "new driver and he was on his own this week" (advised the call centre operator that a parcel that was scheduled for Tuesday should not be delivered on Wednesday and a "new driver" shouldn't be used as an excuse)
Wednesday 5.10pm - parcel was delivered

Sadly also on Wednesday a parcel from Trademe was also sent via Post Haste

Wednesday - parcel sent
Thursday (7am) - at depot, ready for delivery
Friday (8am) - at depot, ready for delivery

Called up just after 5pm on Friday and was told by the operator they would advise the driver to deliver it on Monday ... (and again, it was mentioned that the driver was new)
Asked them to hold it at the depot so I could pick it up as I did not trust they would actually deliver on Monday.

Sadly it does not seem they have a complaints process to submit a formal complaint ..

I have always found them really good, via their Pass the parcel service. I think it may depend on the actual courier staff you deal with, as some people don't want to come through gates etc.
