"I have never seen a topic about this on here ever"

we all know that the internet was made for sharing porn since the 90s

question: has any one on here sign up and paid for a porn site membership now or in the past ?

Being a child of the 70s in the UK, I found mine in a bush in the woods like everyone else...

Time for a hidden porn exchange forum you think?

I can honestly say I have never invested a single cent in porn. Obviously plenty of people do, the porn industry must make their money somehow.

Nope, but did know someone who signed up as a porn gateway using his IHUG homepages account :) Made a bit of cash off it until IHUG found it and shut it down :D

Having started off with ascii art and 256 color animated and still gifs on BBSs over dialup I generally think that less is more when it comes to porn. It's arguably bad for us, and addictive anyway. I have intentionally cut down my use of it over time.

For my brain - One session of the real thing every now and then is infinitely more enjoyable than many sessions often in just one sensory domain - eg visual.

I've never paid for any kind of adult entertainment, have paid for the ol Tinder twice to get that swipeeee on. Works out good cause it definitely seems to rank you way higher etc.

Not passing judgement here as what you do in your own privacy is up to you however it pays to be informed:

https://www.yourbrainonporn.com/miscellaneous-resources/start-here-evolution-has-not-prepared-your-brain-for-todays-porn/

However IMHO with the magnitude of that sort of content freely available online if you're actually paying for it you may have a problem you may want to look into - otherwise whatever floats your boat...

Actually I though quite a few times if we should have one here, not showing on the frontpage - like the Politics sub-forum.

Glad I got my popcorn out earlier - I had a feeling this would turn into quite a humorous thread. To answer the OP's question - no.

This is true. The amount of freely available content means that if you are paying then you are participating in a fetishised world, not watching.

The closest thing to adult entertainment I get these days is watching Star Trek: Discovery on Netflix on my OLED tv while the kids are in bed 😂. Never paid for it, and I don't know why you would considering the amount of free sites you can go to, and it holds no real interest for me.

Watching a GIF load line by line.....  was like a strip show. A painfully slow one.......

many years ago my watch broke, so I used the internet to see if I could find a replacement.

Lesson learned : do NOT type "ladies watch" into a search field.

Life is too short to remove USB safely.

Reminds me of Compuserve, circa 1993...
