So that $50 split 4 ways Yell
It was for these 4 thugs.

I was called out to download some CCTV footage of an aggravated robbery in Otara.

This place has been hit regularly since I installed the system.
About every 9-12 months.
Last time the guy pulled a knife.
The owner had a bigger one :)

This time they pulled a pistol, most likely fake.
Real pistols aren't cheap, even on the black market.

Luckily he had just put the money away when they came in so all they got was small change.

Let's take a look at the usual suspects.
Two tried to conceal their identity.
Excuse the poor mugshoots, old dying camera.
The police should pay for a new one, it does such good work.

Last week it was for an assault in a pub in Browns Bay.
One woman bottled another, bottle didn't break but her head did.

ROFL is all I have to say.

I've had to take footage from 2 of my customers lately from systems that I've installed. It's amazing how dumb some of these people can really be these days, one even went to the effort of breaking a door/smashing a window to break into a dairy and ended up leaving with 2 bottles of wine!

The problem is most of the budget DIY CCTV system installs are terrible so in some cases it's not actually a deterrent for people.

Robbed by smurfs? :)

It looked like the shopkeeper was smiling when they walked in and for a wee while. Did he realise the gun was likely fake and remember what little cash was in the cash register? :)

billgates: Good food + free sky + cigarattes = win win win in my books so why not?

I could agree with the idea of Good food + free sky, but at what cost to me and most importantly.  How long would it be before your farts were completely silent and you had to have reconstructive prolapse surgery.  i think I rather enjoy not being in prison :)

I have moved across the ditch.  Now residing in Melbourne as a VOIP/Video Technical Trainer/Engineer.
