I have made a file up and I have 100% copyright to it (as I made it). No one has any permission to view/download/copy/reproduce or anything the file except me (and there is only one of me)
The file is at  http://www.nzdsl.co.nz/copyright.txt . Do NOT download or view it or anything the file. I'm just file sharing the location of it so I don't forget the location but no one else is allowed to see it.
Now lets see how many automated systems download the file or humans try and view MY file.
Thanks
Craig

Google will probably ignore it, since we automatically add "nofollow" to links. But who knows?

Post a torrent of the file and seed it recording ips that download it. Also change the name to a porn DVD title.

Are you not infringing on other copyright.txt files that already exist :)

Can I share the file name and warning on Twitter to see how many people look at it?

Can you email it to members of Parliament and ask them not to look at it as its copyright?

I downloaded it... But from my work address, so you'll never prove it was me! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

And I'll do it three more times!

Interesting thought - so many Twitter clients (etc) examine the content of links and stuff now, is simply posting the link to Twitter enough to result in people downloading it (automatically, without their knowledge)

Tell what's-her-name 'I voted for the copyright act because it's right and then I listened to K-Pop mix CDs I made' MP that it's the latest hit record in Seoul.

Not peer to peer, but good luck throwing some complaints out there ;) at $25 a pop for ISPs to say no, they will love the extra income.
