Do you have any other WiFi APs connected? Or is the supplied router the only device that provides Wifi?
When the internet stops working, do you have to restart the router or do something else to make it work again? Or will it start working again by itself?
Does your public IP address stay the same, or Does it keep on changing?
Have you tried to check the router logs to see if there are any clues there? Can you still login to the router when the internet has stopped working?
My suspicion is that this problem is a DHCP renewal failure issue. If you can't get this resolved and you end up changing ISPs, change to one that uses PPPOE. Have a look at the ISP Vlan Tagging thread for a list of which ISPs use PPPoE

yitz: The NF15ACV is also not the typical Broadcom based solution you'd expect with Netcomms, seems to be a re-badged Baudtec RN104VR5H which runs off some Realtek chipset.
Yeah it's a different chipset and device than the NF4V and NF18ACV which are both rock solid Broadcom products. The NF15ACV was a cheaper product that has plenty of limitations and a few faults that go with it. I've never heard of any issues similar to what the OP is seeing though.
It's very unclear yet based on everything in this thread whether the issue lies within the premises, or is external on the Trustpower network.
Hi Campbell,
Sorry to hear you are having issues with your connection.
If you could please PM me your account number, I would like to look into this further myself and have the issue escalated internally.
Thanks
Tane

UPTOBRO:oh god got the new modem from trustpower today and its still happening lol
me too mines mostly been disconnecting on ps4 i assumed it was something to do with sony/the games i was playing but lastnight i went through my emails to see when i started messaging sony support about the frequent disconnections and it was september last year the same month i switched from slingshot to trustpower. my internet will be fine for maybe a week or 2 every month then completely doesnt work on most devices for the next 2 weeks. doesnt matter whether im connected to wifi or ethernet it happens either way. trustpower are sending me a new modem now hopefully it fixes it otherwise i might have to change internet companies again. so frustrating i tried every single fix for ps4/games i was playing before i realised it must have been trustpower.
Just providing an update.
We have stopped using our 2.4GHz baby monitor, and while there has been a marked improvement (less disconnections), they are still happening every other day.
I have written an email to Trustpower because I am loathe to get on the phone for 40 minutes to troubleshoot again.
Why not just put your Slingshot router back online.
