hio77: your connected at 41mbit there, ild suspect a profile issue on your isps side. Generally best way to fix that is to give it a day then call if its still not right - some isps dont switch your profile on their side until the job is "done"
Jase2985: looks like its a pretty good connection you have there.
and like hio77 said contact your ISP, have seen it happened a few times before

so, if after a few days the speed hasnt gotten better. i need to ring slingshot and ask for/say what exactly?
just im connected at a good clip but the speed is bad?
their CS hasn't been the most uplifting experience in the past and im kinda assuming they're gonna act like they have no clue what to do etc :P

Unida: just got vdsl connected today.
so far the upload speed is there but the download is worse than the previous adsl2+ connection
and the speedtest.net test is (13Mbps)
was 15Mpbs and 1.4Mbps on ADSL2+
