Thanks for your reply, im sorry I got off I was upset.Well lets forget about it :) sorry I got off you , well ill see how that phonetray dial program works.
 
What does it mean puts my internet on hold? Is it where my internet is paused?

I really cant thank you for your replys I will try ask nzbnw :)

You will need a modem with v.92 support to use that program. And the ISP must support it too.

Go wireless :) Plenty of companies offering stuff... did a quick google and found compass...


Wireless Accelerate Plus
Phone line plus broadband for regular Internet users. This data limit is plenty for those who like to download large files and get the benefit of being able to use the phone and Internet at the same time.

Broadband speed: 1MB down/256Kbps up.
5GB$69.95


Of course theres other options on the site www.compass.net.nz :) Only big downside is the up front cost $299 and a 12 month contract that if you disconnect early you have to pay remainder of the contract. (That last part is the only thing that held me back from signing up).

Of course there are other options.. ipstar... but then there are bigger upfront costs involved with that.
