hi Firewire,

you do know a lot about ihug, don't you?

whether you are an ihug insider or not, could you please answer little more about things that are discussed here????

smiley answers are far from questions...
calll center staffs don't understand questions....they are just passing the fault to customers.

your short comments are actually giving us more than ihug call center staffs...

cheers

I'm very interested here as well - workings inside of ihug could help with the relations with the public (sensitive info can be kept secret as part of our forum guidelines).

If he is an insider - he's going to work for Vodafone soon.

"Smilely" is probably an application called "RightNow", which judging from various internet providers help sites is a popular knowledge base/email handling system.

Yes I work at Ihug soon to be known as vodafone.  The reason for the plan changes is because old plans are "grandfathered" after a year usually and they are also becoming a nightmare to deal with. They are being simplified so that they are easier to deal with. We still have customers that want to go on some of the old plans though.

thank you for clearing up few questions in this froum! firewire

you might have been frustrated by all the negative consensus here.

I really hope you are at a position where you can change things for customers now or in near future.

Cheers
